Numbers Numbers Numbers! In today’s challenge video I talk about the importance of knowing your numbers. If you are like me (and most purpose driven entrepreneurs) paying attention to metrics and conversion rates probably makes your soul shut down.
Numbers can be both overwhelming and boring all at once. But I promise you that I have figured out a way to keep it so simple that anyone can follow along and ENJOY tracking their numbers.
The reason why metrics and conversion rates (which is a fancy way of saying numbers) are so important is that they give you the power to shift what isn’t working and understand what is working so you don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Early on in my business when no one was showing any interest in what I was promoting I hired a marketing coach. I assumed because I wasn’t getting interest I was “doing it all wrong.” That coach helped me see that there are steps to marketing and sales and you must identify how you are doing at each step to really understand what needs to be fixed.
