As I mentioned last week, I use November as a time to wrap up the current year and begin reflecting on what worked and what didn’t work in 2017.
This year there is A LOT to work with.
I experienced more fear than I think I’ve ever experienced before (and believe me I’ve done some scary sh*t over the years so that’s saying something!)
I made less money this year. This is the first time that ever happened in my entrepreneurial journey. Eight years I’ve enjoyed year over year growth… but not this year.
This was a conscious decision. You may have noticed that I did no launches for my private client business, an area that produces a significant amount of revenue for us.
Early in the year I needed more time and space to heal from the adrenal fatigue I was diagnosed with.
All in all it’s been a gift. I forgot what it feels like to truly have that “lack fear” staring you in the face day in and day out. It was good. It gave me a chance to test all the sh*t I make my clients do when they start to shut down with “lack fear.”
You know what? That stuff I teach works!
I also had the chance to appreciate what I have built here. I have the ability to create $10k with a few emails when I need to. I lost track of what an honor that is. What a privilege it is to have such a responsive community. Thank you.
I also got to slow wayyyyy down. And what I found in that space is that I love this tribe. Deeply. And that love has given me the space to see that the current coaching model I’ve used for the last 9 years doesn’t serve most of you the way it needs to.
That means it’s time for change.
Change is exciting.
Change is scary.
Change is blessed when it comes from your soul. My soul has told me it’s time for big changes.
I’m not ready to announce those changes quite yet. There are still a few pieces to be put in to place, but I will be ready to announce it on December 1st at the Year End Retreat. If you are in the room that day you’ll hear it first. My goal is to have it ready to go out by email later that day as well.
In the meantime would you send me a little courage? I’ve always likened our personal evolution to a trapeze. You have to let go of the bar you are holding to be able to get to the next one. For a moment you are in the air with no bar and a long way to fall. In that moment the Divine has you but you must believe in the Divine’s ability to hold you more than you believe that you will fall and that takes same big a$$ courage.
I suspect there is a strong chance you are facing a similar trapeze act. Many lightworkers are being asked to level up to their soul’s work. If you need me to send some courage back to you, just say the word! That’s the thing about courage, when you experience it you have more to give!
In love and light,
Patty
P.S. If you take one thing from this email let it be this – whatever is going on in your life or your business is happening with Divine appointment. Many lightworkers are being asked to evolve and change. Rebirth is exciting but it requires death. It’s okay to be a little scared. I’ve got you!
